I started part-time with Allstate in 1982 and moved full-time. I worked for Allstate thirty years until a lay-off time spent was wonderful. I have three grand children ages range girl 9 month, girl 2 year old and boy 6 year old. I help care for all three are the love of my life. I believe toddlers should know the basic before they start school ABC, spell and write there name, numbers, and there age. I taught my grandson the basic and Baby I can Read before he started school.
