Iliana agreed to be our nanny with a specific starting date scheduled and when we contacted her the day before the starting date she said she started with a different family with no prior warning and gave us no indication she was changing her mind leaving us to last minute before the twins were born to find another nanny. This is just not good business practice!!!!
