I have a 7 year old son with special needs (high functioning autism, adhd, and sensory processing disorder), and an almost 3 year old son. I stay at home with them (my 7 year old is in 2nd grade), and do all the stay-home-motherly-duties with no problem (cooking, cleaning, homework, etc) haha. I'm caring and patient yet I like my boys to be on a strict schedule to keep routine. I babysat as a young teenager. My boys love other kids, they're sweet and friendly. I have 2 very friendly cats too.
