Growing up, being the second oldest out of seven siblings (from toddlers to middle schoolers), I have always been the one to take care of them. I have been held accountable to care for my siblings after school, take them to any practices, run errands, and keep the house nice and tidy. Since my parents have jobs that are year-round, I also had the responsibly to take care of them during past summers and take them to their summer programs. Since the age of ten, I've known how to do laundry, wash dishes, and keep the house clean overall. I also have experience working with toddlers, grades Pre-K and Kinder, for two years while I was in high school. I had responsibilities like helping with school/home work, activities, field trips and holiday festivities. In addition to being a babysitter for years now, I am also a Certified Nurse Assistant. I Read more earned my certification my junior year of high school, which was two years ago. I have had plenty of experience working with elderly who have Dementia and Alzheimer's, which takes a lot of constant care and patience.
