I am currently employed as a dance instructor at Ballet Lubbock, as well as the assistant sports coordinator with the CYD program. I am receiving my degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences with a minor in Dance at Texas Tech University. I am twenty-three years old and will be living in Lubbock until August of 2014. I have lots of experience with caregiving. My jobs for the past four years have all involved taking care of, guiding, and mentoring kids. I used to be a lead counselor with the after-school program, YWCA. I also used to work at a nursery, taking care of children, from newborns to preteens. I started a volunteer dance program at the Boys and Girls Club on North Indiana Avenue. As far as babysitting, specifically, like most young ladies my age, I have plenty of experience in the this department. Now, mentoring and taking care of children has become quite a passion of mine, and my goal is to make working with kids a part of my career after graduating from college.
