Hi there! My name is Courtney Dougherty. I am a newly graduated registered nurse from Lubbock, Texas. It has always been my dream to move to Denver, so I decided now is my time (effective June 1st). I am hoping to babysit/nanny for the summer until I can find a nursing job in the area. I have been babysitting since I was about 13 for neighbors, friends and family. I also worked as a part time nanny in the summer of 2014. While I have not babysat or nannied since then, I completed my nursing internship in pediatrics, making me completely qualified in taking care of children and/or children with medical needs. I am incredibly involved and energetic with kids and am fully aware of age-appropriate milestones. I am willing to put in the extra effort of making the kids have a good day such as taking them to the Read more park or to the movies. I believe that I am a great choice to nanny your kids because I am responsible, comfortable with as well as well informed about children, and incredibly reliable.
