I have almost 3 months of paid babysitting experience, with a 15 month old toddler and occasionally a 3 year old. I have two nephews as well, ages 3 and 4, and have experience (unpaid) watching them occasionally since they were born. I am not CPR certified, but took HST in high school which teaches CPR for adults, children, and infants. I graduated high school in 2016 and will be an enrolled college student in the fall of 2018. I only have experience with two children at a time, but would be comfortable with more depending on their ages and the amount of time I'd be watching them.
