Hello my name is Edith Roman and I am a 28 year old bilingual (English and Spanish) Nanny who offers full-time out flexibility. I offer 6 years of childcare experience and proficiency in assimilating into a new family culture. I am skilled in creating schedules, and following commitments, and maintaining routines. I make home cooked meals and believe that family meals make family unity. I studied 2 years of Child Psychology to have a wider range of knowledge of child development to help promote the children’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I also have experience in travel with family to help with vacation activities and childcare. But most important I love children and would love to become a part of their world. My job history consist of being a Nanny to a family that lived in Austin for 5 years I was fortunate enough to be the nanny of 4 Read more beautiful children two of which I cared for as new born. My reasons to for not working for them were that they moved to California due to work. Also I used to babysit at home for two years. During those years I realized that a child was happiest being taken care in their own natural surroundings. A little bit about me is that I myself have 2 children and a husband. My husband is a retired Marine who works doing IT for Apple. I am a full time Nanny who loves to care for children. My family is very close and my kids are taken cared by my mother. I hope to one day go back to school and get a counseling degree and specialize in Family Therapy.
