I been a Full- Time babysitter for 11 years/ and also a Substitute Teacher for 10 years. I chose this jobs because I love working with children and seeing the different changes that they go though thought their years. Since I was in my teenage years I already knew that I was going to work with children when I grew up so in High School they had this program Ready Set Teach which prepared me well to be working with children. I love my job even though there is sometimes challenges I have to face sometimes because I been though kids getting into a fight whereas I had to solve the situation and I have gotten cuzzed out, but since I love my job I just learned to not give up because I know kids go though many changes though their life's and some times its mostly from their home Read more environment where they live at. Yes I been surviving because I know I can make a big difference and lives for many children. I love what I am doing. I love my two jobs as a Substitute Teacher and a sitter.
