I am a married father to 3 boys. In my younger adult years I was a baby sitter to my niece and nephews along with my own children with my wife when I wasn't working. I've been a Freight Supervisor for about 5 years, it pays very well but keeps a father away from his sons. I got to a point where I saw family was more important than living at my job for a paycheck so I made adjustments. I love working with children especially being a father of my own. My kids are very young so I understand the importance of kids being active and interacting as a major part of their growth. Eating healthy along with proper rest schedules are just as important. Your children will be in good hands with a loving father.
