I absolutely love taking care of children and older adults. I used to babysit two children, ages 10 and 5, and loved it. It got to the point where their friends parents asked me to watch their kids too so I would end up taking care of 4-6 kids at a time. I also have younger cousins ages 3 and 5 that i would babysit. I would feed them, play with them, watch them in the pool, etc. I also was a direct care proffesional for older adults for about a year. I would do light housekeeping and personal care which would include bathing, dressing, meal preparation and assistance, etc. My favorite part about working with older adults is sitting down with them and listening to their stories. I am CPR/First Aid certified.
