Hello, my name is Perla and I am a bilingual education major at the University of Texas at Austin. I usually live in Austin during the school year, but am living in Mission for the summer. My past babysitting experiences include mostly family members but I have been a volunteer assistant teacher before, so I have experience with a large group of children, and I have also been a volunteer tutor, so I've helped children one-on-one with whatever they need help with. Children are my passion, which is why I'm striving to become a teacher. I've just completed my first year in college, so I haven't really had any training or certifications yet, but the classes I've taken these past two semesters have taught me a lot. As your babysitter, I would help your children with homework, do arts and crafts, and just make the day fun for them.
