I love children and animals. I was a sitter for my nephew the first few months of his life, day and night while his parents worked when I was 12. I was a sitter for my nephew and niece many times throughout their lives so far, they are 13 and 11 now. I also completed one semester of nursing school, where I became CPR for HealthCare Providers certified. I also did clinicals in a daycare working in the 18 month room and the 3 year room. I changed my major to become a Deaf educator, because I would like to work with children as a career. So far I know basic American Sign Language and have taught a friends twin 6 year olds the alphabet and some basic words.
