Laila has watched my two boys (now 1 and 3 years old) for date nights a few times a month for the past few months. She is a total natural with the boys, and my toddler took to her right away. She is experienced, dependable, responsible, prompt, sweet, and everything else that you would hope for in a babysitter. She asks detailed questions to make sure she sticks to the bedtime routine, and truly cares about providing top-notch care. We feel so comfortable going out knowing that our boys are with Laila. Laila is also a great communicator and always confirms the dates ahead of time. My son has also reported that she is an excellent storyteller :-) Thank you Laila for being so wonderful.

Laila is our go-to sitter! She is very punctual and thorough in caring for our almost two year old daughter. As a Mom, it is so hard to let someone care for your children, but I feel very confident in letting Laila babysit for us.

After our first experience with Laila she has become our go to babysitter for our twins. Anytime we tell them a babysitter is coming over, they ask for her specifically. As a physician mom, I was initially impressed by her organization and dedication to details. But now that I have gotten to know her better, I can see she love caring for our children deeply and she is exactly the kind of caregiver I want for my children. I can't recommend her enough !

Laila is a fabulous babysitter! She sits for my 3 kids and has no problem with the 10 year age gap between the eldest and youngest. She is very detail orientated and makes the effort to get to know as much detail about the children as possible before even meeting them. I am extremely comfortable leaving my children with Laila and always feel completely satisfied that they are being well looked after.

Laila is fantastic! She has been sitting for our 2 and 5 year olds for a few months now, and has done a terrific job. We researched a lot of people on this site and believe we made the right decision. She is punctual, detailed, outgoing, and the kids love her. Our 2 year old son cries the next day when he wakes up and realizes she is not there. We are very comfortable with her taking care of our children and will continue to use her.

My family and I recently moved to Katy from Calfornia. I joined sittercitty in the hopes I would find someone great for to watch my boys. Well, Laila is EXCELLENT!!!! She is kind, timely, and great with the kids. The boys are always so excited when they know she is coming. I cant say enough kind words about her. We feel very lucky to have found her.

We've used Laila to sit for as many as 4 kids and had no issues with her. She is always punctual and provides a short summary of the evening upon our return. On our first interview, she asked me more questions about the children and my home than I expected. Very professional and works well with the kids.

Laila has watched our one year old daughter a few times. We're new to Katy and don't really know anyone so I was a little anxious about finding some one I trust to babysit. Laila made me feel comfortable from the first reply email she sent. After meeting her I definitely had no reservations about leaving my little one in her care. Laila is very professional and caring. She stays in touch throughout the time you're away from your child if you want her to and there's always a note for you when you come home. My daughter is comfortable with her even though this age is a tough with separation anxiety. I would definitely recommend Laila.
