I am 20 years old and a student at UT Austin. I'm majoring in Japanese and minor in Chinese. I've recently achieved my Associates degree, also in Japanese, from Austin Community College. With my Bachelor's, I'll become a TA in English classes in Japan through the JET program and with that experience, I'll soon get into freelance translation. I've been blessed with four younger siblings that my parents have often asked me to watch on date night and while they run errands. Currently, the youngest is my 5-month-old sister and the oldest is my 14-year-old brother. The other two are my 2 and 4 year old brothers. I've also watched family friend's children from time to time. It is not uncommon for me to plan and cook meals, change diapers, and plan fun activities. For the most part, I'm outdoors-y and like swimming, going to parks, hiking, biking. I enjoy Read more exercising in general. And if your child isn't all that into being outside, I'm also good with crafts, drawing, reading, and video games. Please ask me if you have any questions about availability, additional services, etc.! Common questions on my part: Any allergies your child has? Any anxieties, phobias, other things your child is uncomfortable with? Your child's interests? (Media, superheroes, etc.) Your child's hobbies? Rules on my part: I will not take your child into my car unless in the event of an emergency. I would prefer to watch your child in your home. I will not bring food for your child unless I have discussed it with you. In the event hat I have brought my own food, I will ask you before I share it with your child in case of allergies or anything else of that nature. I will rarely agree to watching your child overnight.
