Hiya! My name is Pagan and I would love to take care of your children or pets. I've always loved how children are sponges, picking up things you don't even realize they noticed. Even when it's something a bit embarrassing you can't help but laugh and smile at what their brain soaked up. It's amazing to me. My real experience with children started when I reconnected with a long lost childhood friend of mine. (While I'd watched friend's, family's and others pets and homes, I'd never really watched children before.) She had 2 children at the time and I fell in love with them, specially when we got one on one time and their personalities shined. She and her husband then had a 3rd child and it's been love ever since. While my experience may be a bit new still, what I do bring, I like to think, is something different. I read blogs and books to get new ideas for fun things to do and about new ideas and ideals in childcare. (Of course not stepping out of the boundaries of what you believe) I am already aware about food/chemical sensitivity/allergies and would do further reading should your child have any. I also bring physical and emotional safety to the table. I believe children should be able to express themselves in any way they want to and they should feel safe doing so. Childhood is a time for growth and discovery and I'd want to be there to help that along, not hinder. Certifications: I do not currently hold a cpr certification but should I become employed steadily I will be obtaining one for adults, children, and infants. A little more about me: Well, on top of recently exploring the world of bright colored hair dye... I love animals of all kinds, much to the chagrin of my family. (I'll stop and try to save every animal I find) I love cooking, crafting, coloring, reading, playing video games and watching TV and movies. I use an assistive device when outside or on my own but in the house I do fine without it. I hope to one day go back to school and get my degree in either eco friendly interior/exterior design or working with children. I look forward to hearing from you and your family soon!
