My name Is Amanda. I am twenty four years old, and I am a college student who will be graduate with my associates degree In December 2015. I will then transfer to a four year school, and then graduate school In the hopes of becoming a school counselor. For the past 3 years I had been working In nursing support. I just left my job at Methodist Hospital at the end of December 2014. I have a CPR certification that Is good until 08/2016. I have always loved working with children. I thought I would want to pursue pediatric nursing for the longest time. However, I decided I would rather work with healthy children In a more positive environment. Which Is why I will continue on the path to become a school counselor. I do not hold much experience with babysitting children. However, growing up I was the primary care Read more giver for my younger brother. He was a surprise to my parents, we are ten years apart! Both my parents had to work growing up so I cooked and provided care to him, and I loved It. I think that's where my passion for nurturing children comes from. I also watched my little cousins off and on when my parents had different parties. I also baby sat a few times for my parents friends children during high school. I love crafting and planning different activities for kids for them to grow and have fun.
