I am a grandmother of 6, ages 1 yrs- 9 yrs old. I currently watch the 3 youngest (1& 2 4 yrs) I"ve started out helping my grandmother in her daycare when I was 16. I' ve raised 3 girls, 2 in the military, all 3 in the health care field, and had 2 foster children. I know what children like. I'm a kid at heart. I have also home schooled my 1 daughter and 2 of my grandchildren. I have taught 1-6th grades at a private Christian School in PA.While the children are at home, we don't just sit an watch cartoons all day. We learn, play games and do arts and crafts. I make the day fun. I am not one who just sits on the couch while the children run around or sit in front of the T.V. I have had my background check just recently too.
