My name is Alora Suarez I am 25 years old and i moved to Houston about 6 months ago. I graduated Texas Tech University with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Scienes while minoring in Psychology I have a bubbly, contagious, patient , and genuine personality. I started tending to kids at a young age from watching my own family to having my first gig at 17. I had been a personal prn nanny for a family of a young girl for roughly 8 years, both locally and out of town visits. I worked at a day care my last year of undergrad for roughly 10 months ranging with kids from 3 months to 5 years of age, primarily though with 18 months to 2 years of age as the teacher assistant. I was able to gather some undergraduate observation hours at a pedicatric rehabilitation clinic learning aspects of physical, Read more occupational and speech therapy. Also taking classes regarding child psychology & motor development of adolescents. On top of being certified in first aid and CPR. Although I do not have any children of my own I know what it is like to want nothing but the absolute best for your own. While having years experience and academic knowledge of infants to adolescents I know what a child needs depending on age at achieving crucial milestones. I became a caregiver/babysitter at first for extra income but quickly developed a love and passion for it. I truly love kids, my heart gets warm when I cross paths with them. They are so intruiging at such a young age I can't help but become engaged. I love babysitting because I love to help others. I am so fascinated with this particular age group that I want to pursue a career in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. I am reliable, trustworthy and have a special kind of heart that I want to share with the little ones. I may not know all of the answers but I promise to always give my all.
