I come from a family of 10 kids, so I have been taking care of children since I was a child myself. I work at primrose School of Champions. I have been working with a wide range of children each daycare for over a year. I am also a mother to a 6 month old baby boy.

When she interviewed, she was great. She had glowing references and we were happy to have her. We told her of our needs and expectations. I even called her before offering her the job to ensure she was ok with the drive and arrival time because those were my only concerns. She said those things were not a problem. She was only with us for 2 weeks. She left early the 3rd day (She was truly sick, we understood her reason for leaving.). The Monday of what would have been her 3rd week she called me at work needing to go home because her son was sick. We completely understood her needing to leave, however, I received a text message later stating that she was moving and unsure if she would be in town past the weekend. She put us in a terrible position of needing to find someone to care for our 2 yo and 4 month old in a short period of time. Also, my 4 month old was on the changing table kicking around, like babies do, and numerous times I heard her tell him to "Stop it". The Monday that she left early, my 2 year old woke up and she put him on the couch to watch tv while she laid there for over an hour without saying a word to him. This was not a good experience.
