My name is Katlyn Cobbs-Guerra I am 26 years old, Married and a Mother of 1. My Husband of 6 years’ name is Mitch and he is currently a Teacher/Coach at Terrell ISD, and we have a one daughter whose name is Karson. I was raised in the Waco area but we have traveled throughout the state of Texas because of my husband’s profession. ​I have worked 5 years as a para-professional at 3 school districts. I have worked with life-skills kids, and regular students in an academic setting. I have also worked at retail stores, and call centers to help bring in income for my family. I am looking for employment in child care because I love being around and working with children. I love being able to help them with their motor development and social development. Having a daughter of my own who is 9 months and helping Read more raise my niece and little cousins have been one of the best experiences of my life. I know there are many miracle children out there and it is very important for the parents to trust leaving their child with a stranger. I have had that feeling myself, and have been very grateful for the babysitter who has been watching our little one while I was employed at the school. I am a very loving and caring person who enjoys working with others. I am very organized and plan things out accordingly. I am very reliable, and an open communicator when I have questions and concerns. I believe I am the right person to be in childcare because of my passion working with children. I am very reliable person and will always be on time. I am a passionate person when it comes to caring, and I will be very protective of the children I watch. I will always communicate with the parents, and make sure I am very watchful of their miracle child.
