My name is Kelly, I am 39 years old and I have loved being a caregiver for as long as I can remember. A Montessori student from the tender age of 3, I went on the get my M.Ed and a diploma for teaching in a Montessori primary classroom (ages 2.5-6). After Montessori, I formed a pandemic pod school and have been nannying ever since. I love the joy true ownership of an activity generates, and I discipline based on helping the child recognize destructive behavior.
