My name is Mary Jo Duersch. I am 22 year old. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I have 3 younger siblings and what seems like countless younger cousins that I frequently babysat. In more recent years I have worked as a TA at an elementary school, as an aid for a young autistic boy and for the past two years I have been a full time caregiver for special needs teenagers and adults. I am passionate about taking care of people and doing for them what they cannot do for themselves. As well as, teaching self sufficiency and independence. My hobbies are meeting new people, art and reading. I love being outdoors and I love trying new things. I thrive in social situations. I love people. I am mother to a stunning 5 month old girl. She has been my greatest blessing.
