Hello, I am a recent graduate from Southern Virginia University where I studied art. I love working with kids! I grew up taking care of my siblings and pretty much anyone else's kids who were nearby. Later in life I made a point to take on jobs that allowed me to be around children, like helping out with summer camps and providing private art lessons to small groups of kids. Currently, I work at a Junior High where I help teach with kids learning English and life/social skills. I want to be a caregiver because life gets crazy sometimes, and all of us need help now and then. Also, kids are so much fun! I consider myself very good with kids because I take the time to listen to their opinions and care about what they want and have to say. I enjoy coming up with fun activities to do Read more with kids and I love doing activities that teach them creativity, such as arts and crafts, games, reading, cooking (for those who are a little older), and acting to name a few.
