I am 18 years old, I am currently attending Weber State University, taking general classes and other classes geared towards psychology and child and family studies. I have a passion for working with children. I have three younger siblings and I am the oldest cousin of 18 grandkids. I nannied for a family of two children 6:00am-5:00pm during the summer months of 2010, 2011, and 2012, and then the same family plus a new little one in 2014. I have experience babysitting children of all ages- babies, toddlers, and especially the early childhood ages. I have experience with diabetes, as well as CNA, CPR, and first aid certified. I have been working at Legacy Assisted Living as a waitress, recreational assistant, and PRN (as needed) CNA. I am looking at moving away from this work, as I have gained valuable experience but am much more interested in working with children Read more in the future. I am also currently employed as a behavioral interventionist, working with children with Autism. Some of what I do includes conducting three-hour long in-home sessions with clients in need of behavioral therapy, addressing life, social, communication and other behavioral skills, and building a positive, encouraging, and healthy rapport with young children and their families. I am interested in nannying in the late mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.
