Set up an appointment to meet this caregiver and was given her contract just to have her cancel our appointment via email 2 hours before we were scheduled to meet. Stringing a family along that is looking for a caregiver is extremely unprofessional and rude. My husband and both changed our schedules around to make this meeting and now will be sitting around this afternoon looking for another caregiver.
