If you ask my parents, or anyone who knows me, they will say I have a knack with children. I am one of five siblings; one being older than me and the other three being younger. I am also the godmother to two little girls, ages one and three. I am majoring in Early Childhood Education in hopes of becoming a kindergarten teacher. I have spent multiple semesters mentoring at local elementary schools here and I loved every second. I do have over a year experience working at a public place made for children. I sadly had to leave due to lack of hours, but I know my boss would be an awesome reference. Having a sibling 19 years younger than me and being the Godmother to two younger children, I have learned that babysitting is not a joke. Babysitting takes your full attention and deserves nothing less. Having three Read more younger siblings and two goddaughters has taught me that I can turn the front yard into an obstacle course, the living room into a fortress that requires a password for entry, the swimming pool into the ocean and most importantly how there is nothing sweeter in this world than a child's laughter.
