First time needing child care, first time using this site, and we were canceled on by Taylor an hour before she was due to show up. If her reasons were true then fair play, but something other than a text message would have been better received. Less exposition by text and more personal reach-out would have gone further. Perhaps we dodged a bullet. As is natural for most people, I remain skeptical and recommend future parents be wary.

We hired Taylor to sit awhile ago and I neglected to write a review back then. She was a great babysitter and the kids loved her! She is very personable and is very prompt both in communications with us and in her arrival times.
