She is a jewel for your little sweatheart as well as for you, the mother. She is sweet and kind, very flexible and punctual, well organised and clean, tidy, and she really loves children. I had many many applications and she had no experience, but somehow I had a good feeling about her and was very right. She took care of my little baby (2 mo) while I was at a conference for 3 days, and we got so attached that even the baby cried when I took him back, and I was also sad to say goodbye to her. She was always on time, very flexible with my changing needs of sitting hours, sweet and joyful. She took a very expert care of my little baby - she took books with her appropriate to his age; she handled him with tender love and great passion. She has two little ones herself so she knows everything about them - I learned some new tips from her even though he is my 7th baby. She seemed very reliable and trustworthy, and foremost very honest (I was worried to leave my baby and things in a hotel room with a stranger) - admitting openly the little paid experience - that should really not be to her disadvantage since she has her own children and is excellent because she is right in the practice of doing it with the best of her intentions - for what only a mother can strive so this counts more than any number of years of paid sitting experience. She is also highly educated and intelligent, an environmental professional, just it is tough to find a job in that market - I feel better leaving my kids with educated, intelligent and environmentally conscious people.
