Hi, I am Grace! I recently graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in Elementary Education and Political Science. I am a New York Certified Teacher. During my studies I had part and full time positions in elementary school classrooms, where I had the opportunity to do everything from working one on one with students to planning and teaching full class lessons. Along with working in classrooms, I have spent the last 6 years teaching weaving, crochet, and knitting, one on one and in small groups, to children 8-18 years old at a creative arts sleep away camp. I have had short-term baby sitting positions for the last 10 years. Most recently I spent a few weeks last summer working with two girls (5 and 6). My duties included taking them to the pool, preparing meals, planning and doing activities (especially art projects), and preparing for the fall by doing Read more school work. I love art, history, and getting outdoors and try to pass that on to all children that I work with through art projects, trips to museums, reading, and playing outside. I have experience cooking and cleaning as well. I am here to make your life easier by providing a fun and reliable care for your children!
