I am a recent graduate from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota with a degree in Elementary Education. I generally babysit for families with 2 or 3 children varying in ages from 2 to 12. I have a cat, but no children of my own. I volunteer throughout the school year and I also help with the Special Olympics that are held on campus. I am proficient in Spanish and I am willing to help children learn it if they are interested. As an Elementary Educator, I like to play games that have an educational value, but I also love to just play a game of pretend! I think that it is important for children to develop their own sense of the world.
