I am a 28 years old highly experienced child care provider. I am Physical therapist, originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Most recently, I have been living with a lovely family in Arlington, Virginia taking full-time care of their special need daughter from the age of 6 to 8 years old. I was responsible for all her daily activities such as drive her to therapy, meal preparation, homework assistance, school drop-off and pick-up, child's laundry, reading and playing . I also would do activities to stimulate her motor skills and games in order to activate her thinking and language skills, always trying to create new ways to keep her engaged. Besides that I would do extra activities such as music classes, play dates, story time, zoo and so on. I have experience with infant and toddler as well . I've worked in a clinic with all the baby growth stages, from Read more 0 to 36 month old. Over there we use to have a space for special need kids and children with no special necessities. Most of them use to stay there all day long, then would assist them through the whole process of development. And it was our responsibility, feed them, dress them and all do all the daily basic activities. In addition I have CPR/ First Aid Training.
