My name is Jacqueline, but prefer Jackie. I graduated from Old Dominion University as a Journalism major with a minor in Mass Communications last December. I have worked with a wide range of kids, as I was a substitute for Arlington County Public Schools for 5 years. I have babysat for neighbors, relatives and a lot of families on sittercity. I had a nanny gig for about 6 months and it was great, but when the school year ended I decided it was time to start looking for a career. Instead of not babysitting anymore I decided to just cut back a bit.

Jackie was extremely responsive on email and text, and arrived right on time. Our son immediately took to her, and when we arrived home he said she was "the best babysitter I have ever had" because she engaged him with play and reading books. We can't wait to have her back!

Jackie cared for our four kids after school every day for six weeks. She was utterly reliable, and a pleasure to work with. My teenagers got along with her as well as the elementary school-aged kids. She has lots of energy and is always up for something fun. We will definitely employ her again when she's home from school!

I hired Jackie for a last minute Saturday night date. She was on time and well mannered. She was warm and friendly. My oldest who is 5 years old warmed up to her right away. My 18 month old looked at her like she was crazy, but he is a little more weary around new people. She was 100% awesome. I will def be using her again in the new future.
