My name is Samantha T., and with my current job I work with three kick butt kids who suffer from several medical issues as well as learning disabilities, but thankfully I pick my own hours and I work very few at that and am looking to pick up another job to give me more experience. I have been with the same family for over a year now and I adore everything about them and what working with such special kids have taught me! I used to help run my church nursery but due to the church forgetting what being a Christian is about I'm out looking for a new place to call my home on Sunday! When I became a Junior at SHS I began taking classes at The Pruden Center in Suffolk for Early Childhood Education. The center itself contained a daycare where I constantly had hands-on experiences. I Read more have worked with infants all the way to school age. I was an assistant teacher for 3rd grade at HES and as well for 1st grade at EFES for internships. After my experience with children I knew I wanted to help kids strive for the better but I also had a passion for the medical field. My ending goal is what I'm not sure on, I'm torn on what I wish to do. To work my way up the ladder and get a PA in Emergency Medicine and get an undergraduates degree in Early Childhood Education or get a degree in Early Education and when I retire get some sort of degree in Medicine. My school is currently online until I get settled in with all of my new adventures in life.
