Hi there! My name is Sarah, I am a 27-year-old non-smoker/clean record college graduate, who is currently residing in St. Augustine, Florida after living ~8 years in New York City. I have worked in childcare since I was in high school, helping to raise my now 13-year-old sister. My experience ranges from being a full time nanny for infants, toddlers and adolescents, to part time and occasional babysitting jobs, along with teaching roles for preschool-kindergarteners and middle schoolers! While I was interning in NYC, I worked as an after school nanny to 6-year-old twin boys. Once I began working full time, I began babysitting on weekends for children in my apartment building and within my neighborhood. I have no problem with various responsibilities related to childcare such as homework help, cooking, cleaning, etc. I am also able to care for any pets you may have— I am a huge animal lover and actually grew up on a farm near VA Beach with a ton of furry friends! In terms of certifications, I have passed a babysitting certification course at the Chesapeake Regional Hospital in Virginia, which included CPR/First Aid training.
