I am a young professional who is seeking other part-time employment. I am currently employed with the city of Colonial Heights, VA and work within the Recreation and Parks Department. There I plan, coordinate, facilitate and supervise a wide variety of children's programming for those ages 2-18. Aside from my current work I am also a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist, CTRS, and hold current certifications for that title. In my past work experience i have been employed through different nursing facilities, assisted living and Dementia/ Alzheimer units as the Recreation Director. I also have experience working with those with intellectual disabilities, TBI, SCI and amputees. I have an energetic spirit and high enthusiasm for life.
