Catalina is a wonderful babysitter. She's sweet, understanding, and caring. She's also very flexible and accommodating to changes of a busy family like mine. She picked up my son from school and drove him home and stayed with him for several hours until I got home and she also babysat him and other kinds in the neighborhood over the Summer last year. Cathy is kind, affectionate, tender, patient, gentle, warm and tender and her gentleness and affectionate nature make her stand apart. In addition, Cathy is very conscientious and safety-oriented, always making sure that our son has sunscreen and a hat on, protection from bugs, and is very closely monitored to ensure that he stays safe and sound. She meticulously prepares his diaper bag so that she always has all the supplies that he needs and ensures that he is always under her watch at the playground, park and in our home. She is never on her cell phone or texting when she is with our son and always keeps his safety and well-being her top priority. As an employee, Cathy also is very, very punctual and reliable. In the past year, she has never been late and never called out sick (or even taken a sick day). She has a phenomenal work ethic and is very professional, has a great attitude, and is a mature, responsible person. Cathy's unique blend of warmth and tenderness and safety-oriented approach make her wonderful with infants and first-time moms.
