Previously, I received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Syracuse University, and worked for the federal govenment with the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of Defense (DoD). As part of my employment with DoD, I held a security clearance. I retired after 14 years of service to be a mom.

We have hired Maria. It was clearly mentioned that it is going to be occasional even we interviewed her. Her profile claims she can care two kids but looks like she cannot. She just worked one day with us and quit. It is waste of our time..... Leo

Maria-Elisa Rand has been caring for our 9 month old baby since January. Our daughter, Ava, was 10 weeks early so naturally we were very careful with who we chose to watch her. We interviewed Maria and instantly knew she would be the right fit. She is nurturing, warm and loving towards Ava. She interacts with Ava and is engaging.They play, take walks, read books, and do many things together throughout the day. Maria is extremely reliable. Since our family lives out of town, we needed someone very reliable and Maria has never been late, she arrives on the minute. Maria follows instructions the way you would like things done, and isn't hesitant to ask questions. Our daughter Ava loves her! We are at ease each day Ava is in her care. Anyone would be lucky to have Maria care for their child, and I give her our highest recommendation.

Lisa has been providing regular care for our son since he was less than two weeks old. She is a nurturing, caring and competent provider and has been exceptionally flexible as we establish a routine as a new family. She is always on time, is extremely reliable, and was happy to provide documentation of certifications and vaccines. We would not hesitate to recommend her.
