My husband and I found Opal to be extremely warm, caring, and professional. Upon meeting her, she arrived with a binder full of references and credentials. She has been wonderful with our 11 month old son. Opal gets on the ground to play with him, is extremely attentive, and is goes out of her way to customize her care to the needs of our child. She is knowledgeable and an expert at what she does, and she was a natural with our dog as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Opal or use her services again.

Both my husband and I are happy to say we have found our new favorite babysitter for our sweet 6 month old baby girl. During our initial interview Opal was very professional, and she takes what she does very seriously. When watching my daughter she had great communication, thoroughly updated me on what happened while I was away, and left me with nothing to worry about while in her care. Opal has a very warm and loving personality. She is definitely a breath of fresh air in regards to childcare. Highly recommended!

Opal was wonderful and an instant hit with our very active 3 year old boy. She is warm, energetic, and engaged. She was the perfect balance between playmate and parent with our little one, who said "yes" when asked if he wanted Miss Opal to come over again. She even sent us a couple of quick texts to update us on their activities and when he fell asleep. I definitely recommend her for your babysitting needs!

Opal was very professional. Warm, and punctual, and we were very happy with her services. She watched Our 3 months old baby girl on our date night. She was very flexible and patient when we came home later than we thought. We highly recommend her.

Opal cared for our 13 month old son for a week as a temp while our full-time nanny was on vacation. Our son takes a while to warm up to new people and would often cry in the care of others (other than mom, dad and full-time nanny) and Opal was able to manage through that with patience and calming techniques. She kept our son on his daily schedule / routine. She provided baby communication tips/advice based on her observations/experience with our child and she did it in a positive way. As a new mom, I appreciated that advice. Even though we only had Opal for a week, we could tell that her knowledge, practical experience combined with her warm and positive personality make her a good partner in caring for and nurturing babies/toddlers. Opal, Did a wonderful job for our 2 boys. One is 2 years old and the other is 4 months old. She showed up with her professional attitude and was great with both our boys. We used her when we needed to be out till about midnight. She read, played and fed both our boys, and got them to bed in the regular bedtime. She did a wonderful job and would use her again when needed. Please send her a quick note and meet her in person this is why we chose her.

My girls and I have known Opal for more than 6 months. I have used her to watch my 2 girls, ages 5 and 3 numerous times. She is great with the girls. She keeps them entertained and I have no worries while I'm away. She is also great with keeping up the house. Coming home after work, or a night out I am able to relax. I would reccomend her to anyone.
