Ice worked for our family as our nanny for 13 month. She came to our house to take care of my daughter whom at that time was 3 month old. Ice provided full time care for us and we consider her to be part of our family. When Ice comes and walk through the door, my daughter is so happy and excited to see her. There are so many good things I can say about Ice; she is a very reliable person, arrive to work on time ready for the day and when her work is over, she then cleans and sort the play-area. She is patient, warm, loving, easy to work with and always interacting with my daughter. Since my daughter is now going to a daycare, it is our loss but your gain to have Ice became part of your family.
