My name is Sheila Martin and I am currently a senior at George Mason University. I have more than 10 years experience as a babysitter and 5 years experience as a tutor. Additionally, I have CPR/AED certification and First Aid certification. I love working with kids and have completed internships with the Walt Disney Corporation, St. Matthews UMC's Children/Youth Ministry and Mary House, a transitional housing community in Washington, D.C. In addition, I've also completed two AmeriCorps terms - one repairing homes in Northern VA and the other teaching children in Washington, D.C. I've worked for families with infants, toddlers and school-aged children. I love working with school-aged children and hope to begin graduate school next year in Secondary Education. I'm flexible and easy to work with. Most of all, I love having good-natured fun and helping kids learn.
