Hello! My name is Imani and I am a nursing student at UVA living in Richmond. I have worked with children for many years as a Recreation Instructor, nursing assistant and babysitter. Through my work, I have instructed children as young as 3 years old in arts and crafts, history, gardening, and physical activities. A couple of years ago, I decided to work full time with 3-5 years olds in my county's preschool. In addition, I have two young nephews who I have cared for on occasion since they were infants. I have babysat for years, most recently in the DC area as a sitter on Urbansitter where I had a 5 star rating. I am also available for companion and personal care services for older adults and people with disabilities, including respite care, bathing visits, light housekeeping, errands and appointment accompaniment.
