I have been babysitting since my freshmen year of high school. I babysat for families every summer mostly from my church wards. I would continue during my college years during the summers whenever I flew back to my home state. I also had the opportunity to be a Summer Camp Counselor last summer and had the responsibility to watch over large groups of children ranging from ages 6-13, with upwards to 75 children at a time. Of course, I worked with other counselors; making it upwards to 25 or fewer children per counselor ratio! Yes, it was loud and hectic but kept me on my toes and was enjoyable most of the time. Overall, I've been in childcare for a little over ten years.
