Greeting parents! My Name Is Dominique B. I am a rising senior At Hampton University majoring In Journalism. I'm originally from Northern Virginia and I'm relocated to Bristow VA. I attended and graduated from Battlefield High School in 2013. While attending Battlefield I took two Child Development classes where I had one on one interactions while children 2-7 years olds. I was able to teach the children the fundamentals of the following: math, english, science, reading, music and art. I made weekly lesson plans for the children that I would execute on my teaching days. This was an amazing opportunity and made me fall in love with children even more! I also learned how to work with infants and had to take an infant electronic doll home and perform daily procedures aiding them. I was previously employed Justice, a retail store for kids. Everyday I interacted with children, making outfits, Read more and helping them explore makeup and toys appropriately. I also have experience with my 4 siblings. I have experience with helping with homework, helping prepare snack after school and making sure they have all they need to feel situated at home. I also have experience working at a community center called the " David R. Pinn " in Burke Virginia.
