Since I was a young child, I’ve always enjoyed spending time in the presence of babies. I have nine nieces and nephews and a host of other family members, all of whom I’ve helped care for beginning as early as 4 months old. I believe I have a special affinity with children under age 3. I am a kind and nurturing person who loves holding, rocking, reading, and singing to babies. I’m also extremely creative. Toddlers love making crafts that I’ve created, coloring with me, and playing games! Although my goal is to care for kids under age 3, I also have experience with older children. For over three years, I taught a Sunday school class for 7-10 year old children, where I supplemented the curriculum with creative games I designed, crafts and artwork, and other fun activities. The kids were always excited to attend my class. I’ve also helped Read more family members by transporting nieces and nephews safely to school and other activities, helping with homework, and often keeping them overnight. In addition to my love for kids, I am trustworthy, kind, organized, reliable, and magnetic when it comes to children.
