My name is Pam I am a 44 year old grandmother and mother of two daughters. I started babysitting at a very young age and helped in the care of my two younger brothers. I have raised two daughters of my own whom I am proud to say are very ambitious young ladies diligently seeking to further their education. As an adult I have provided care for the children of many of my friends as well as the children in the nursery of my church on an as needed basis. All together I have about 33 years experience in caring for children. Since September of 2013 I started caring full time for my youngest grandson when he was born and decided at the beginning of 2014 to open my home to other families that are looking for a good, safe day home. Being a grandmother has been one of the Read more greatest joys that I have experienced in life thus far. I was fortunate as a single mother to have my own mother live with us and didn't have to place my own children in daycare, I am looking to give other parents that same peace of mind. I do not feel that children should spend a lot of time in front of a television, rather spending their day learning and exploring the great worlds of their imaginations. My home is set up entirely to afford children this opportunity, I have a large area that is dedicated to play, learning and exploring. I am CPR certified, First Aid trained, have a clean criminal background and great driving record. Our home is also a non-smoking/drinking household. I am willing to provide care day, night and overnight. If you are looking for a loving, nurturing and educational home environment for your little one, my home is your child's home.
