Hello Want your child to have days full of learning and fun? Then look no further! I have 5 years of experience with children between 6 months to 12 years old. I am looking to provide full or part-time in-home or out of home daycare to two children. I live in the Hauge Towers in Downtown Norfolk and am near many child friendly attractions and entertainment. I will provide meals and learning plans each week and am not a couch and tv type of care giver. I am CPR certified and have references of my work with children. I have references of my experience on request. I believe in capturing a child's imagination early and feeding their curiosity while young to give them a better advantage later. I was originally studying to be an Elementary Art Teacher but had to change my minor due to graduation time constraints. I have 6 years of babysitting experience and volunteeting at youth events in my community. Some of the events i have been apart of or organized: *Group lead of Vacation Bible School for 2 years *Internship at Franklin County Middle School as assistant teacher for the 6th and 7th grade Art Classes *Instructed the beginner and intermediate level ceramics classes as assistant teacher on undergraduate level *Organizer of the Franklin County Art Center Halloween Bash: organized the children's learning craft area 2010-2013 *Put on monthly programs and activities for student engagement as a resident assistant to maintain a unified campus community.
