I am a graduate student at George Mason University in the Social Work program. I was previously an intern at the YMCA, working with children 3-4 days a week from preschool age up to middle school age. I have also volunteered at a local elementary school, helping children with homework and engaging with them in games and other activities. I have been through CPR training and I love animals and do not mind taking care of them although I am allergic to cats. I enjoy doing games and crafts with children as well as playing sports or doing an outside activity. I also do not mind if a more quiet activity such as reading is what the child wants to do.
