My husband and I were excited about working with Shay— spoke on the phone, arranged a time to meet the next day.. sent a follow up text to confirm and another text 30 minutes before.. then she just cancelled as we were getting ready with no explanation. She seemed to be flexible and caring. We were eager and she seemed like the right fit, but we just ended up disappointed and right back where we started. Just disheartening & disappointing.
