I am a recent college graduate from Lynchburg College. I majored in Elementary Education and received the highest award that the school of education awards to a student. I also was named a 2015 Teacher of Promise, which chooses students throughout the entire state of Virginia. I will be a fourth grade teacher this upcoming school year! I love to teach and work with children. My passion for teaching stems from my passion for children. My goal is to help my students be well rounded citizens and give them the best possible education I can! In college, I was an Resident Assistant for three years, where I was trained in conflict management and mediation. I am also certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED. I have my own car, so transportation would not be an issue!
